1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Optional garnishes: shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of honey

 

 

Instructions:

 

Mix Chia Seeds with Almond Milk:

 

In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds and almond milk. Stir well to prevent clumping. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps. This ensures that the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

 

Add Vanilla Extract:

Stir in the pure vanilla extract. Vanilla adds a wonderful aroma and enhances the overall flavor of the pudding. Mix thoroughly to incorporate the vanilla.

 

Sweeten to Taste (Optional):
